the ball on one bounce at his own 32 yard line and falls
to the ground there.

bounds at team R's 18 yard line.

is hit and fumbles. Prone K11 recovers the ball at his 26
yard line. R7 clips k10 at R's 30 during the run.

a try from R's 3 yard line, A1's legal forward pass is caught
by A2 in the end-zone. B3 is flagged for roughing the passer.

of the Week - Week 8 - June 2, 2003

and three on team A's 37 yard line. Team A comes to the
line in scrimmage kick formation with eight players on the
line of scrimmage. Number 50 at center, 60 and 61 at guards,
80 and 70 at tackle and 81, 82 and 83 as other players on
the line. After the snapper has put his hands on the ball
for final adjustments, number 81 takes a position in the
back field, leaving 80 uncovered on the end of the line.
Team A snaps the ball to number 10 who fakes a kick and
throws a forward pass to number 80 at the 50 yard line and
is tackled at B's 45.

A1 returns inbounds at his 43 yard line and blocks B3 at
A's 45 yard line. A2 is downed at the 50 yard line.

the line of scrimmage and inside the free blocking zone.
After the snap A2 immediately blocks defensive tackle B4
below the waist in front at the 30 yard line. The ball is
handed off to back A3 who follows A2 block and gains 5 yards
and is tackled at A's 35 yard line.

A2 cuts in, grabs the ball from A5. A5 is tackled for a
two yard loss at A's 28 yard line.

R3's leg. K4 falls on the ball at team R's 45 yard line.

K's 22 yard line. The Line Judge blows his whistle for the
incomplete forward pass.

so you can track your progress.
New
for 2003 is the Bonus!
We
have a new twist this year. If you miss the main POTW, you
can still pick up a half point by answering the Bonus. You
have to answer the Bonus in the same time period as the
main POTW. Also, you only get the half point if you miss
the POTW.

Anyone!
You don't have to be an AOS member. It just helps.
But
if you can't answer the questions, maybe you should join
us! Monday nights, 7pm at Hoffman
Estates High School.
